A Regular Meeting of the Township Trustees of the Town of Alton, Illinois was held on the above date in the City Council Chambers, City Hall Building, at the hour of 6:00 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by acting Chairman Elliott and on Call of Roll, the
following members were present or absent:
PRESENT: Bohn, Pfister, Brown, Meehan, Elliott, Ford – 6
ABSENT: Velloff– 1
Mrs. Brown made a motion, seconded by Mr. Meehan, that the said minutes of the
regular meeting of November 12, 2025 be approved. The motion passed by the following vote:
AYES: Bohn, Pfister, Brown, Meehan, Elliott, Ford – 6
NAYS: None – 0
ABSENT: Velloff—1
Acting Chairman Elliott presented the Report and Listing of Bills for Payment and
Action by Board; General Assistance Fund in the amount of $11,290.85; Town Fund in the amount of $13,214.68; Social Security fund in the amount of $1,082.04; Mrs. Brown made a motion, seconded by Mr. Meehan, that the said Bill Listing be approved. The motion passed by the following vote:
AYES: Bohn, Pfister, Brown, Meehan, Elliott, Ford – 6
NAYS: None – 0
ABSENT: Velloff—1
There being no further business to come before the Board of Trustees at this time, Mrs. Brown made a motion, seconded by Mr. Bohn, that said meeting adjourn. The motion passed by the following vote:
AYES: Bohn, Pfister, Brown, Meehan, Elliott, Ford – 6
NAYS: None – 0

In observance of Thanksgiving, the Township office will be closed for business Thursday, November 27th and Friday November 28th, 2025. The office will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, December 1st, 2025.
