TOWN OF ALTON

ALTON, ILLINOIS

FEBRUARY 25, 2026

A Regular Meeting of the Township Trustees of the Town of Alton, Illinois was held on the above date in the City Council Chambers, City Hall Building, at the hour of 6:00 P.M.

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bohart and on Call of Roll, the following members were present or absent.

PRESENT: Bohn, Pfister, Velloff, Brown, Meehan, Ford – 6

ABSENT: Elliott – 1

Also, in attendance was Alton Township Attorney, Matt Kelly.

Mr. Meehan made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Ford that the said minutes of the regular meeting of February 11, 2026 be approved. The motion passed by the following vote:

AYES: Bohn, Pfister, Velloff, Brown, Meehan, Ford – 6

NAYS: None – 0

ABSENT: Elliott – 1

Chairman Bohart presented the Report and Listing of Bills for Payment and Action by Board; General Assistance Fund in the amount of $4,934.27; Town Fund in the amount of $16,826.34; Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) in the amount of $770.61; Social Security fund in the amount of $1,083.50; Mr. Meehan made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Pfister, that the said Bill Listing be approved. The motion passed by the following vote:

AYES: Bohn, Pfister, Velloff, Brown, Meehan, Ford – 6

NAYS: None – 0

ABSENT: Elliott – 1

There being no further business to come before the Board of Trustees at this time, Mr. Velloff made a motion, seconded by Mr. Bohn, that said meeting adjourn. The motion passed by the following vote:

AYES: Bohn, Pfister, Velloff, Brown, Meehan, Ford – 6

NAYS: None – 0

ABSENT: Elliott – 1
